1. Acceptance
By using CoverArtStudio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sharing your account is prohibited.
3. Purchases & Licensing
When you buy a non-exclusive cover, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable commercial license to use that artwork on music distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Beatport, Tidal, Deezer and similar). The artwork may also be purchased by other artists.
4. Exclusive 1-of-1 Covers
Exclusive covers are sold to a single buyer only. Once purchased, the cover is permanently removed from the marketplace and the buyer receives sole commercial ownership for music releases. We retain the right to display the cover in our portfolio.
5. Prohibited use
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw artwork outside of music releases without our written consent. NFT minting requires explicit written approval.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Currency is EUR. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
